In recent years, craft beer industry which is developing rapidly in China has formed a complete industrial chain system, it involves the raw material production, and supply, equipment manufacturing, technology study, personnel training, craft beer culture and sales, catering, leisure bar and many other fields, it is playing a more and more important status in the national economy. The development craft beer industry brings great business opportunity to many circles of society, many entrepreneurs with strategic vision and business elite has long focused on this emerging field, got ahead and tasted the joy of success at the same time. Even many large-scale beer groups have also responded immediately to make strategic readjustment, and paid attention to developing special products for craft beer market in order to meet the consumers' new and psychological needs, and obtain greater economic and social benefits at the same time.

In order to promote the technological progress of craft beer industry, we will hold "2015 the 1st International Conference on Craft Brewing Technology" on May 16, 2015 in Jinan. This technical will be co-sponsored by Doemens-Asia Beer Institute, American association of brewing chemists (ASBC), China-Germany Brewing Technical Center of Qilu university of technology, and Shandong He-Rui-Zhi-Gu Bio-technology Co., LTD.

At present, there are still dozens of craft beer equipment manufacturers and a large number of craft beer practitioners.
